As of June 2025, a total of US$166 million had been pledged to the PFRD (formerly PURSE) since its inception in 2021. The PFRD MDTF is currently supported by six development partners (DPs) ¡ª Canada, France, Japan, Norway, Switzerland and the UK. Of the pledged amount, US$146 million has been paid in. Discussions are ongoing with other DPs to join the MDTF.

The PFRD MDTF has two European Commission-funded Associated Trust Funds: the EU Support for the Palestinian Economy and Resilience (ESPERE) I and II. As of June 1, 2025, the EU had pledged a total of EUR 18.7 million to these funds, including contributions of EUR 9 million to ESPERE I and contributions of 9.7 million to ESPERE II.
