The?Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF)?has become an integral part of the World Bank Group-International Monetary Fund Spring and Annual Meetings, providing an open space for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)* from all over the world to dialogue and exchange views with World Bank Group and IMF staff, their peers, government delegations, and other stakeholders on a wide range of topics.
The Annual Meetings 2025 CSPF will be held in Washington, D.C., from October 14 to 17, with hybrid components.?

*CSOs include non-governmental organizations, community groups, labor unions, indigenous peoples movements, faith-based organizations, professional associations, foundations, think tanks, charitable organizations, and other not-for-profit organizations.? Representatives from the private sector, academia or governmental bodies must apply for accreditation?through the "Guests" or other respective registration category as clarified on the main 2025 Annual Meetings website.
In collaboration with the Civil Society Policy Forum (CSPF) Working Group, the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund launched a call for proposals for the 2025 CSPF, to be held during the World Bank Group¨CIMF Annual Meetings from October 14¨C17 in Washington, D.C. The call, open to civil society organizations (CSOs) and CSO networks, ran from June 30 to August 11, 2025, and is now closed.
Proposals are being reviewed by the WBG and IMF review committee in coordination with the CSPF Working Group, with the aim of shaping a diverse and inclusive forum. Organizers of selected sessions will be notified by early September. Due to limited capacity, we are unable to notify those whose proposals are not selected.
