Jobs Umbrella Multi-Donor Trust Fund
We deliver hands-on training to government counterparts on growth and jobs analytical tools. This helps policymakers identify constraints to employment, prioritize the right policy actions, and estimate their impact on growth and jobs.
We convene Jobs Fora—peer learning events where government practitioners, policymakers, and experts exchange lessons and innovations in jobs strategy design and implementation. These gatherings create a community of practice that strengthens capacity across countries.
We support the World Bank Jobs Academy, a global learning platform that combines online courses, peer-to-peer exchanges, and practitioner programs. It equips officials and development partners with practical skills and evidence to design, implement, and monitor effective jobs strategies.
