We help countries expand opportunities for young people, who face some of the toughest barriers to entering the labor market.
We support , a global coalition that connects governments, the private sector, and civil society to test and scale innovations for youth employment. Through S4YE, we have linked World Bank projects with partners such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Orange to integrate digital skills training and new technologies into operations.
We promote digital jobs for youth, piloting approaches like AI-enabled job-matching platforms in Argentina and Mozambique, and supporting informal workers to access online opportunities. By bringing together global partnerships and country pilots, we are helping the next generation gain the skills and pathways they need for the jobs of the future.
