The assignment objective is to provide legal advice to the World Bank that is supporting the Tunisian Ministry of Industry; Energy and Mining regarding the upcoming launch of call for proposals for the solar with battery storage (BESS) projects and advise on necessary changes to design and implement successful tender in line with international standards.
