This assignment focuses on operationalizing the Code of Prompt Payments in selected Western Balkan countries; by customizing it to national practices; engaging with Chambers of Commerce; retail chains; large buyers; and SME suppliers; and establishing a practical implementation and recognition mechanism. The activity is expected to strengthen payment discipline through reputational incentives; sectoral adaptation; and voluntary uptake.
