This assignment is for an endline data collection for an impact evaluation of the FAO eVoucher and Farmer Field School programs in Mozambique under PROMOVE-Agribiz. The impact evaluation is undertaken by Development Impact (DECDI) of the World Bank and forms part of a wider research agenda focusing on promoting the sustained adoption of improved agricultural practices by farmers. The data collection will take place in 386 communities in 10 districts across Nampula and Zambezia provinces in northern Mozambique. The contracted vendor will perform surveys with a sample preidentified by the World Bank; which have already been surveyed in baseline and midline rounds. The assignment includes:1.A survey with 386 Farmer Field School Facilitators from selected project communities.2.An agricultural household survey with 4;630 households from selected project communities.3.A survey with 265 Servi?os Distritais de Actividades Econ¨®micas (SDAE); FAO and NGO extension workers that implemented the project.4.A survey with 70 agrodealers and retailers servicing the selected rural communities.
