Recipient-executed disbursing activities (REDA) commitments are reported on a net basis, adjusted for reflows and cancellations, replacing the previous gross reporting, with numbers for prior years restated for comparability. IDA Crisis Facility Special Transfer Fund is excluded from the REDA commitments and disbursements for FY25 and FY24 to avoid double-counting with IDA commitments and disbursements. REDA commitments and disbursements are not part of the World Bank’s balance sheet.
