The assignment will:i) Define the mandate and objectives of the Organization;ii) Estimate funding requirements and identify initial endowment sources;iii) Propose membership structures and Secretariat location options;iv) Assess long-term funding mechanisms; including revenue from advisory; certification; and accreditation services; andv) Develop a roadmap for the Secretariat’s phased establishment and operation.
