The primary objective of this assignment is to generate actionable insights that will inform the design and scaling of digital payment solutions for cash transfer programs in Mauritania. Specifically; the selected firm will be expected to: *Assess the level of knowledge; understanding; and perceptions of digital payment services among low-income customers and social safety net beneficiaries *Examine current usage patterns and experiences with digital payment services; including barriers and enablers to adoption *Explore the willingness and readiness of beneficiaries to receive cash transfers through digital accounts; and identify factors influencing their preferences *Provide recommendations to enhance the accessibility; usability; and trustworthiness of digital payment services in the context of social assistance programs
