The Government of Vanuatu (GoV) is exploring options for upgrading the infrastructure and service levels at the main international airport; Bauerfield (and the secondary airports/Santo and Whitegrass/Tanna).  These improvements are critical to support the growth of Vanuatu¡¯s tourism sector and broader economy; which depends heavily on tourism and inter-island connectivity. The objective of this assignment is to support GoV in considering financing and structuring options which would deliver capital investment and operational improvements for Vanuatu¡¯s international airports under a PPP model.
