It will propose a smart grid and digital utility architecture; phased implementation; investments; institutional & regulatory enablers based on a gap analysis on BPC¡¯s current ICT; grid control; metering; and operations readiness; identification of smart grid use cases suited to Botswana¡¯s context and BPC business needs.
