The International Finance Corporation (IFC) seeks to engage a qualified firm (hereafter ¡°the Consultant¡±) with specialized expertise in infrastructure law; regulatory frameworks; and private sector investment to conduct a targeted legal and regulatory review on priority infrastructure sectors of (i) upstream waste management (including collection; transportation; and recovery); (ii) clean water supply; and (iii) a third sector to be determined (urban transportation or housing); and to provide actionable recommendations that will enable a more transparent; predictable; and investor-friendly environment for private participation in infrastructure.
