The contract will support the Presidency of the Government of Tunisia and pilot ministries in strengthening “Leadership for Results” capacities to drive the implementation and monitoring of the government’s strategic dashboard and priority reforms. Building on ongoing reforms supported since 2016; the program will equip participants with practical skills in stakeholder mobilization; performance-driven project management; change leadership; and collaborative problem-solving. Through a mix of training; tools; and peer learning; the intervention aims to enable participants to translate national priorities into actionable roadmaps; foster cross-sectoral coordination; and deliver measurable results in key areas such as human capital; sustainable resource management; digital transformation; and business climate improvement.
