木瓜影院 Group (WBG) requires the services of a qualified General Contractor (GC) to undertake comprehensive Design and Build works for the WBG's newly leased office space in Worldmark 4, Aerocity New Delhi, India. The leased premises include 43,000 Sft of interior area, supplemented by 13,000 Sft of outdoor terrace space. The selected GC will be responsible for delivering integrated design, fit-out, and construction services in line with the WBG's workplace standards, local codes & regulations, best sustainable standard etc. all in line with the project timeline.
Mandatory Criteria: Only those Offerors with sufficient experience, the financial strength and stability and the demonstrable technical knowledge will qualify for further consideration. The following mandatory criteria will be applied:
1. The company has been in business for at least ten (10) years;
2. The company has not been involved in any litigation action in the past five (5) years which resulted in damages being awarded to the litigant, based on either failure to perform or due to errors and omissions;
3. The company has all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as a Design & Build Genral Contractor in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in New Delhi, India;
4. The company has successfully completed at least five (5) projects in the last five (5) years with similar size and scope to the one of this solicitation. Projects should be in and around New Delhi, India;
5. The company has minimum annual gross revenues of USD 12Mn per annum on average for the last 3 years.
6. For the the MEP systems with sustainability at the core of its designs, the GC should have a qualified/certified personnel to design and propose the system the meets the WBG's standards.
