The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for a comprehensive Investment Risk Platform (IRP) to replace its existing solution. The IRP is central to IFC¡¯s investment lifecycle, supporting critical business processes such as investment origination and supervision, pricing, RAROC, and economic capital.

Core Functional Requirements
? Financial Statement Spreading: Automated ingestion and analysis of financials.
? Credit Risk Rating: Support for internal rating templates including Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), and Instrument Rating.
? Annual Credit Review Workflow: Configurable workflows for review and approval of credit assessments, including ad-hoc reviews.
? Workflow Management: Status tracking, dashboards, ticklers, and automated email notifications.
? Reporting & Archiving: Generation of reports and historical archives of approved ratings.
? System Integration - Upstream & Downstream
