Loan maturity: 35 years – Grace period of 5 years
Project Description: The project will improve the affordability of formal housing for low-income households in the Arab Republic of Egypt and strengthen the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund’s (SHMFF) capacity to design policies and coordinate programs in the social housing sector.
