Cyriane Coste is a Private Sector Specialist and the Topic Lead for the Financial Services – Commercial Lending and Electronic Payments team of the Business Ready unit. She joined the World Bank in January 2016. Cyriane also leads the cross-cutting topic on sustainable environment, the communication/dissemination, and the Data Management Design teams within the Business Ready project. She holds a Master of Law (LL.M) in International Business and Economics Law from Georgetown University Law Center. She is a New York State attorney and was also admitted to the Paris bar. Previously, Cyriane also worked on the Doing Business report, the Entrepreneurship database project as well as the Enabling the Business of Agriculture report. Before joining the World Bank Group, Cyriane worked in an international trade law firm in Washington, DC and practiced corporate law in Paris. She speaks French and Spanish.
